Since the Pinckney Retreat Board of Directors has taken over governance of the Community Association from the developer, we have been reviewing items that might need to be updated. One item identified in need of an update is construction hours that builders, contractors, and landscapers are allowed to work in our neighborhood. After researching what construction rules other communities similar to us are using, the board approved the following: Monday-Friday 7:00am until 7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am until 4:00pm and no work allowed on Sundays.
The gate code access has been set up to reflect these changes and the current builders, contractors and association landscapers will be notified by email or in person. If any owners have personal landscapers or contractors doing work for you, please notify them of the new hours that their gate code will allow them access.
